Dr. Fridman is both efficient and thorough. He asks direct questions in a friendly way, and listens closely. He talked me through treatment plan related to Achilles tendinitis, and explained (without excess detail) anatomical and motion-related concerns underlying orthotic options.

He took his time to look at my injury. It happened about three or four weeks prior to seeing him. He looked at the pictures of what it first looked like then how much worse it seemed to get before Isaw him. He took some x-rays and I could see where the fracture was heeling and where it still needed more time. He questioned how I could actually fracture that specific bone in the specific toe. I have been buddy taping but it was painful so he gave me an alternative bandage to use and said I needed another four weeks. He then told me I may need an MRI because when the foot was relaxed, that toe wasn’t touching the ground. He went over everything step by step before the next visit. He is competent and reassuring.

I would rate both him and his office staff over 5 stars if possible.

Dr Fridman was great and informative, very friendly and knowledgeable about my injury. He did not want to examine/touch my ankle until doing x rays, but had no doubt about what happened. He did extra X rays to ensure there wasn'ta break on the outer portion of my foot. I definitely appreciate the extra care. He even offered me additional items such as crutches (in addition to my walking boot) and ace bandages until my next visit. Highly recommend.

The doctor was very accommodating. However the staff were liars. They assured me on my appointment confirmation and upon checkin in that my insurance would cover my visit and if it won't - I will not be charged. For the pastfew weeks I've been getting mails from the office threatening me to send my account to collections which will pull down my credit score! Totally unacceptable! Stay away from unprofessionalism and deception of staff!
