Wait time wasn’t long at all!’ With Medicaid/Medicare what do these people expect? You want in and out service, spend the money for a PPO plan. Dr. G seems quite knowledgeable and after 5 minutes of assessing me, ordered testing tobe done that none of my former 5 doctors even mentioned!

I would have to say the reports about Dr. Gluck being good are not exaggerations. He can be fast but it's because his team is generally on point from blood work, to cystoscopy, to recovery to results. I told him Iwent to another Urologist and he said oh so-and-so, that was one of his junior residents at NYU when he was in charge of Urology. I believe now I've found the teacher who exceeds his students for urological study.

Very thorough, he knows his stuff and the facility is awesome. I needed some antibiotics to treat my issue and they were able to provide them for me, saving a trip to the pharmacy. Would definitely recommend...Dr also followed up withme post visit to make sure everything was going ok.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a reason I was able to get a Monday am appointment on a Sunday night. The facility is disgusting and unhygienic. There is urine all over the bathroom floors, they keepall blood/urine samples in a large kitchen fridge along with non samples and a. Hug of water they will give you a tiny glass of if you ask. The office is out of the twilight zone with no digital tools. Everything takes forever because all nurses, receptionists and drs work on paper and pen. The doctor spends no more than 5 minutes with you and rushes to prescribe medication and diagnose without asking questions. Lastly there follow up is horrible. I was referred to get a test done and a week later I still hadn't received a call back to schedule it. Never ever will I go back. I wish someone had warned me before I went.

This was the worse healthcare-related experience of my life. I booked an appointment on Zocdoc for 9:45am. I saw the doctor after 12pm. No one gave me an ETA. I just had to wait with the other 50 patients. Everyone wasrude and didn't care. The clinic: it was like being in a third-world country. It took me 2 more weeks than I was told to get my results. Over the phone. I still don't know what's wrong with me and no one cares, as long as I paid.

Dr. Gluck is a professional who cares for his patients. After finding out I had testicular cancer, I was on a wild goose chase for urologist in the area who take Medicaid and that I can trust with this delicate situation.Dr. Gluck is very compassionate and sharp. He handled my situation very carefully and promptly. He was my surgeon for the orchiectomy, which was performed at the Mount Sinai Beth Isreal Hospital on 15th and 1st. His team was very comforting and pleasant. The people he has working in the office are delightful and helpful. They care at Dr. Glucks office. I had some awful experiences at other urologists during this circumstance, and I am blessed to have found Dr. Gluck. Highly recommend him as a pleasant ad professional urologist.

Dr. Gluck has been my urologist for over 10yrs. And he is always available and forthcoming. And if he is busy and I need to see him, he always says don't. Worry just come and always takes care of me and his patients.

Check in process was a rude nightmare. Despite having read my medical history, Dr. Gluck only notified me that he didn't know how to treat me after I had taken the time to come into the office and provide samples. Hethen illegibly scratched the name of another doctor who wasn't even in-network on a post-it note. His staff refused to verify whether the referral was in network! I had to argue with him not to charge me. Don't waste your time here.

The office is a zoo! He has way to many patients scheduled for about the same time. The doctor barely listened to what I had to say and left the room 2x to take phone calls on his cell. There were so many staff that they were so confused.
