Robert Mormando, DO, has been in practice for 25 years and is a Board Certified Internist and Division Chief of Suffolk County Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Mormando completed internships at Lutheran Medical Center and St. Vincent Hospital. He was honored as Attending of the Year in 1998, received the Compassionate Doctor Recognition in 2010 and 2011, earned the Patients’ Choice Award from 2008 to 2012, and was presented with the Patients’ Choice 5th Anniversary Award in 2012. “I’m proud and privileged to have known and continue to care for some great people,” he says.
