Very professional, efficient, friendly, and I felt like I was in good hands. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. If I had to criticize one thing, it was that I could have used a bit more explanation for the heart monitor test - what it was, what it was doing, how it worked, what the goals were, etc. I got a good explanation about the equipment and what NOT to do with it, but questions such as: Do I wear it while sleeping? Do I wear it when I work out? Is there a good time to charge it? Does it alway monitor or only when I indicate I am experiencing an episode? were not really addressed and I thought of them later. But, this was minor and most things were great.
