This was my first visit since my last appointment was canceled in March due to COVID. Apparently they are experiencing some transitional issues with turnover of employees. I was left in the parking lot waiting for over an hour. Then almost another hour in the room. If it weren't for the fact that I always get caring and thorough personal attention to my issues by Dr. Rob, I would seek care elsewhere. But I will give it another chance as I prefer to stay with Dr. Rob.
