Dr. Segal very nice man, and a very good listener. I've had many doctors in the past dismiss & disregard my concerns, but Dr. Segal was fortunately just the opposite of that, and his care is highly appreciated.
Usually, I am super skeptical about doctors and doctor's offices but medical offices of Manhattan/YRA definitely did the job right! So much stress and concern has been taken off & my back!

My overall visit was great. I have an issue with Zoc Doc allowing me to make an appointment for a time that my doctor wasn't in the office and then the fact that the front desk didn't call in advance to let me know the doctors scheduled time to be in the office was actually 30 mins later than my appt time. This is poor customer service and makes me feel like my time isn't valuable to them.
What a wonderful experience! The staff was very knowledgeable,courteous, and kind. Not to mention Dr. Segel superseded my expectations. His Nurse Practitioner Christie also is extremely smart and very professional. All in all, a great experience.
Overall very pleasant staff and Dr. I in general do not enjoy going to visit any Dr. office. This visit however was extremely pleasant with very clear explanations of everything that was done and why. I really appreciate that. Plus they were very attentive to what I said in helping to diagnose what should and should not be a concern for my health.
