Dr Werner is one of the few doctors I have encountered that actually spends the time to talk to and advise a patient. He is a superb doctor.

Great experience. It was a very pleasant office (although hard to find the entrance!), nice experience checking in with the receptionist. The doctor listened to me carefully and was very thorough in trying to figure out the cause of my problem.I felt I made a great choice in choosing this podiatrist.

I really liked Dr. Werter and wanted to make him my doctor but I was referred to a pain management doctor (who by the way does not know as much as Dr. Werter). Anyway, he is a great doctor.

If you ever need a podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Werter. He was very polite and didn't have any medical assistants doing the work for him. He only had a secretary at the front desk, but the rest was him. Hetalked to me, he did the ultrasound, he did the exam, he did the x-ray, he taped up my foot, etc. It was nice to be with the actual doctor for more than just a "touch, look, ok you can leave" like other docs. (Maybe because he's a specialist and not a general practitioner.) He was a very respectful doctor who took the time to make me feel cared for.

Dr Werter examined my feet, told me I was rolling over into the sides of my feet, and immediately wanted to make me expensive orthotics that my insurance didn't cover. I went to a different podiatrist, he explained my discomfort ina completely different way, sent me for physical therapy, and within less than 6 weeks the problem was resolved, never to return. I would never advise anyone to see Dr Werter. In addition, his office seemed disorganized and unprofessional.

I came in for an initial appointment with Dr. Werter on April 25 of this year for pain in my foot. Although I wasn't seen until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, answer my questions, and measure my feet for orthotics. He told me that he would submit the orthotics to insurance to see if they would cover anything, and I scheduled a follow up appointment for a few weeks later. When I came back on May 17, after again waiting 45 minutes to be seen, Dr. Werter let me know that I would receive a call when my orthotics were in. When I hadn't heard anything by the first week of July, I called the office asking for an update on the status of my orthotics. The woman who answered said she would check for me, and then let me know that they weren't in yet and that I would receive a call from them when my orthotics came in. It seemed apparent to me when Dr. Werter's office still hadn't called a month later that the orthotics hadn't been ordered. I finally called the office again on September 9, over 4 months after I was first seen and measured for orthotics. Dr. Werter spoke with me and asked if I had sent him a deposit. I told him that I had been waiting to hear back from him regarding whether insurance was covering anything. He told me then that insurance wasn't covering anything, and that if I wanted the orthotics ordered, I could send in a deposit. There was no apology for not having gotten back to me or for not having ordered my orthotics. If I had not called, I simply never would have heard from them again. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend coming here. The Dr has a very negative attitude and seems extremely bothered to be there. Small personal office, two front desk assistants who did not know how to navigate the systems. They were also eating lunchwhile checking me in. Made me pay a rather large co pay then for an ultra sound. Also took an x-Ray but was unable to retrieve the information so he scheduled me to come back 4 days later. When I came back I was charged another co pay even though I was coming back simply because of his broken machines. He then took scissors to cut up pads and make a homemade insole for me, charging me again for his make shift materials. He never mentioned my x-Ray results until I asked him (he forgot). As I was leaving I asked for my x-Ray information because I no longer plan on coming back and he refused to give it to me!! 3 weeks later I received a bill in the mail with completely false charges and his assistance were unable to handle my issue. I am now waiting for the doctor to call me back. I am very frustrated, waste of time and money. I highly recommend no one sees this doctor!!

I saw Dr. Ronald Werter on Oct 27th 2015 about a sprained ankle, the office is antiquated including his x ray equiptment with dirt and grime all over. In fact, he had to move dirty and dusty piles of files justto examine my foot. He did not wash his hands before examining my foot. He said the ankle was sprained, and also said that I needed orthodics. He scanned and measured my feet for orthodics and said they would be ready in 3 weeks. I called back then, and was told they were not ready. I called for 5 months - to no avail, Dr. Werter did not return calls, nor did his staff have any information. My insurance was billed and paid for the orthodics last December 18th. Still, as of today - March 18th I have not received them, nor a phone call back. I would highly recommend any other reputable DPM.

I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Werter. After filling out paperwork I was seen right away, and he was not rushed. He took his time with me to discuss the problems, use the ultrasound and X-rays to giveme my diagnosis and methods of treatment. He had a boot in the office so I was able to walk out and head straight to my appointment with my next client. I definitely recommend seeing him for any foot related problems!

He was very knowledgable and knew instantly what the problem was. A sonogram and X-ray were both done in a timely manner. He was very accommodating as the only doctor with quite a busy afternoon of appointments. The receptionist was especiallyamazing. She was extremely helpful, cheerful, and friendly even when she was obviously very busy. I was still in and out within an hour of my appointment time.

The doctor's treatment was fast and effective. However, I booked the appointment at 5 pm and wasn't seen for 30 minutes. The receptionist claimed they had me booked at 5:30. I had the confirmation email for 5. I'm not sure if it was their error or the zocdoc system.
