About Dr. Roscoe Chang
Dr. Chang is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University and completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Saint John's Episcopal Hospital. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Chang is not only in private practice serving local communities but is also a Weil Cornell-appointed Clinical Instructor of Podiatric Surgery. Roscoe was literally so kind, patient, and communicative. I had never seen a podiatrist before and have a strong distrust of doctors, given some poor experiences in the past. I was whimpering the entire time while he gently trimmed the hard skin away and helped bring some care & order to my feet. He’s very present and personable. He prescribed an ointment and answered all my questions. Go see this man!

I was very happy and pleased to be able to see a foot doctor to relieve my severe pain on a Sunday. I was very satisfied with the professionalism that was that was displayed and the Dr. seemed very knowledgeable about the current diagnosis and treatments for long time ailments.
