My approach From managing medications to exploring supplements, lifestyle and nutrition counseling, and genetic testing, I am committed to empowering you with the tools to understand your condition, set meaningful goals, and pave the way to achieve them. Central to my therapeutic approach is the belief that this is a collaborative alliance, with clients considered experts in their own lives. This asset-based approach enables clients to access their strengths to promote positive change. I employ humor with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. My focus I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with depressive disorders, bipolar and related disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and stress-related disorders. My communication style My priority is to foster a warm, friendly, non-judgmental and collaborative space where you can freely explore your emotions, experiences, and thoughts. I aim to create a fun, cooperative, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I try to confirm your concerns and values by restating them as understood. We celebrate achievements and when and if there are roadblocks, I will collaborate with the patient to find alternative strategies or readjust goals
