My approach I use a holistic approach, which involves educating patients about their mental condition, promoting healthy habits and behavior, teaching coping strategies to manage symptoms, prescribing medications as needed, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care. My communication style I would describe my communication style as being calm, listening, nonjudgmental, respectful, kind, and with a sense of humor. My journey to mental healthcare I strongly believe every disease starts in the mind, and so does every healing. I strive to understand the patients and watch them blossom in their lives. I strongly believe everyone is unique and everyone has their own life story, which makes it exciting, and helping them brings more meaning and purpose to life.
