“As an obese woman I struggle to find medical professionals who truly listen instead of basing things off of their preconceived notions. Roselle listened. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to do anything. She suggested tests that may get to the problem of some of my issues. The office staff were friendly and the office was very clean. I would highly suggest them!”

I really liked NP David. She really listened to my issue and was very genuine. I was looking for a female doctor for my 20 yr old daughter and I think I found one for her amd myself. Also I love that there wasn't a long wait was seen within 5 minutes of arriving.

This was an OK visit, but I wish they had read my forms beforehand. The office was difficult - they kept changing my appointment to in-person when I booked virtual then giving me different reasons for why they did it. It ended up staying virtual, but not without many phone calls. And I was not able to get the medication I had asked for, because they office does not prescribe it initially. Which, had they read my forms, they would have known. And I would have saved a lot of time and energy. The NP was fine and listened, but I feel like my time was wasted.

I just don’t understand why she isn’t a doctor. Ms Roselle takes her time confirms not only what she’s sees but how I’m feeling and steps to make sure I’m where i need to be with my health goals. I travel over an hour because of the care that I receive. I just don’t feel like another patient getting pushed in and out door. I genuinely feel cares for.

Overall the office experience was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The provider answered all the questions I had, and was very helpful with the responses. I didn’t feel rushed and left feeling like my health was really taken into consideration.

She didn’t even examen the body part that I had a issue with and the reason why I made the appointment. She only examen my heart and lungs and she didn’t need do that with the issue that I came with. Wasn’t helpful or informative. Very dismissive. She didn’t give me any advice, or put me at ease, and didn’t address any of my concerns. My appointment was about 5- 10 minutes long. Had to go to another doctor for a second opinion and had a pleasant informative experience with that doctor. I think she was rushing to get out the door because it was a Saturday and she was running late with the previous patient before me. I think I was her last patient. I got a email that my patient portal has my recent lab results but when I logged on there, there were only lab results from couple of years ago. I was very disappointed about the visit and the appointment was waste of time. I usually never write reviews for anything so this says a lot. I feel bad writing a bad review but I think this important

Thank you. I was seen by the doctor as soon as I checked in.
Dr.Roselle made me feel comfortable to ask questions/explain my concerns. Great doctor who also offered me other options in case the first one didn't work out. I usually get discouraged if a medication didn't work for me, but she explained to me that it can be one of two things. She offered me more options in the event that the first medication doesnt work for me in the first visit.
Thank you Dr.Roselle, I will be scheduling future visits with you.
