“Everyone was so nice from the front desk, to the nurse, and the doctor. The doctor specifically made me feel so comfortable even though I was there for an annual woman's health check up which could be a bit overwhelming. She was sweet, listened to me, took her time explaining and reassuring me that things were okay. Most doctors before would hear my age and tell me I didn't need specific tests done but she didn't do that. She heard what I had to say about my concerns and wrote me a referral to get a test done that I have been so nervous and anxious about for months. Thank you!!! ”

Dr. Hazoglou was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and had a really genuine sense of caring for me as a patient. I so appreciated how at ease I felt, despite being nervous and how committed she is to open communication and preventative care. I can't recommend the office enough, the rest of the staff was warm and communicative as well.

I thought Dr. Hazoglou had incredible bedside manner. I’m usually very uncomfortable at the gyno but she was so kind, eased my anxiety and used a smaller speculum when I was experiencing discomfort.

I’ve been searching for a gynecologist I could truly feel comfortable with for a long time, and I’m so glad I found this office. From start to finish, the experience was exactly what I hoped for. The space felt welcoming, and the doctor was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. She took her time, explained things clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which means so much. Dr. Hazoglou's kindness and warmth stood out. There was a slight issue with my appointment were I was sent to Ferny's Tribeca location instead of the Madison office and she acknowledged it immediately and apologized which was a pleasant surprise. She was incredibly knowledgeable and an open book about all kinds of birth control and their side effects - which hasn't been my experience with other doctors. I felt cared for even while doing a Pap smear. Dr. Hazoglou asked you questions about your life so that you weren't uncomfortable and it brought liveliness to the room. Additionally the office was clean and inviting and felt like it had life to it which made you feel more comfortable.

The office was very busy, and I did wait a while for my appointment, but the doctor was very apologetic and assured me it was not typical for them to have a wait. Despite them being clearly busy, she did not rush me at all, and listened patiently and carefully to my concerns and provided me with a detailed and kind response. Her bedside manner was excellent - I felt very heard and cared for. All in all a great experience - I will definitely be coming here for care in the future!

Excellent experience, the doctor and both techs were so nice and friendly, explained everything. The doctor even took time to review results from an exam I had done at another provider that I had a bad experience with and she helped me understand them in a clear kind way. Really glad I came here!

Very comforting space considering the location was in downtown Manhattan! The staff was friendly, the wait time was short (I actually think they got me in early), and all of the care providers were respectful and accommodating.

Very satisfied with my visit today. Appreciated the after work hours. I didn't know what to expect with a gyn check but felt it was thorough, all my needs met, great recommendations. I felt like I had a good plan for the future with this physician.

Really poor experience. Started off badly: I spent almost an hour waiting before being seen. The receptionist was also very unpleasant.
The office was extremely unclean. Not great for a doctor’s office, let alone an OBGYN!
Regarding the appointment itself, the examination was really painful. The doctor was nice enough but not receptive at all to my saying how painful it was.
Honestly not great at all. Will not return.

Dr. Rosemarie, Lourdes demonstrated exceptional patience, attentive bedside care, and overall exceptional care. I was apprehensive, but they patiently explained the entire process. Chris, the sonogram nurse, was gentle and caring. I highly recommend their services!
