About Dr. Rosette (Ruth) Reisman
Dr. Reisman is a licensed audiologist with over a decade of experience working across multiple sectors. She earned her Doctor of Audiology from CUNY, The City University of New York, and holds Master's degrees in Business Administration from both Baruch College and Hofstra University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College. She currently supports the field of Audiology on several fronts by educating audiologists on the counseling, fitting, and rehabilitation of hearing implants, furthering the field as a university professor, and assessing and rehabilitating auditory processing disorders, specializing in individuals with Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder (AD(H)D) and other co-morbid disorders.

Dr. Reisman was very professional, patient, and thorough with my examination. As well as pleasant to interact with throughout the appointment. I was seen right away upon arrival. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about providing patients with the proper diagnosis and treatment to help improve their health and quality of life. She was the most thorough and knowledgeable audiologist that I’ve seen as a patient. She clearly has a lot of expertise in diagnosing and treating CAPD, and I would recommend Dr. Reisman to anyone based on my experience. Thank you again Dr. Reisman.

She was warm, friendly and kind to my 5 year old son. She turned his testing into a fun game so he was comfortable. When we left, he asked when he could go back!

Dr. Reisman has been working with my boss to help him become more comfortable and learn to clearly understand conversations that occur around him with his hearing aids. I have noticed a major difference in the workplace in that my boss is able to better catch and understand work conversations. I would recommend using Dr. Reisman’s services to anyone that struggles with hearing loss and needs to adjust to their hearing aids!

Dr. Reisman is an expert at what she does, both as a person and as a professional. During office visits in person and remotely, Dr Reisman treated me with utmost respect and care, taking the time to listen to my concerns. After being diagnosed with processing hearing disorder, she offerered her advice and plan to improve. I am looking forward to making progress with her recommendations and hearing services.

Dr. Reisman is kind, patient, and so easy to work with.
She addressed and assisted me with all the questions I had about my daughter's diagnosis and treatment options. She went out of the way to direct us to the right educational resources as well. Her professional demeanor, understanding, patient rapport, and expertise is something that I truly value!
