About Roula Omary

I’m Roula Omary, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner, and Certified Aromatherapy Specialist. My mission is to guide you toward optimal health with a personalized plan that empowers you to take control of your wellness. My own health journey—including struggles with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue—shaped the way I practice today. I learned that conventional nutrition alone wasn’t enough. True healing comes from a holistic approach that uncovers the root causes of symptoms rather than simply managing them. By addressing stress, food sensitivities, environmental toxins, gut imbalance, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and even spiritual well-being, I was able to transform my health—beginning with healing my gut. This experience fueled my passion for helping others overcome their own health challenges. While I specialize in digestive disorders, I also work with clients managing metabolic syndrome, weight concerns, chronic fatigue syndrome, histamine intolerance, hormonal imbalances, and cardiometabolic issues. As part of my practice, I incorporate advanced functional testing—including stool, hormone, micronutrient, food sensitivity, environmental toxins, and gut microbiome testing—to uncover hidden imbalances and guide targeted, effective interventions.
