I found Rozalyn a very empathetic listener who focused on goals, rather than digging into the reasons I was experiencing the feelings. This type of cognitive therapy is my preference as I've done all the digging I need to in the past. I need coping mechanisms to deal with my current life situation, and that's what we started working on. She also made some concrete suggestions about things I could do to further my desire to take care of myself first.
