Never saw the doctor. Never got in contact for my confirmed appointment on how to join the web call. Waste of time. Never heard of a doctor do this

I scheduled an appointment about a month ago to see this doctor. Never got an email from him about how to set up the meeting. I called the customer service on the day of the appointment and they told me "This doctor was not a match so he cancelled" ten minutes before I had the appointment. I called off work for this and had to miss out on getting paid. I am incredibly upset about this. There was zero indication that the appointment was cancelled. I keep getting emails notifications to remind me of this appointment. Most unprofessional.
