Extremely friendly environment, from checkin to nurses to doctor. Was seen very close to my appointment time. Never felt rushed. Parking was also super convenient.

My last two GPs retired, so I've been relying on urgent care centers. But finding a new GP, with available appointments, is difficult. I'm very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Indich. Others here have commented on his empathy, which is true, but I was just as impressed with his intellect, particularly his ability to connect past events and current concerns, and think holistically about my health and well-being. Most impressive: blood was drawn in office (no separate trip to a clinic), I got the results overnight, and Dr. Indich followed up the morning after my visit, which was confidence-building. His referrals were sound and I was able to make most appointments through the Northwell system, which was helpful. Dr. Indich's assistants were professional and compassionate (I'm a needle-phobe), but the office itself is gray and drab, like far too many medical offices. A brighter, more modern space would make this a far better experience.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new primary care doctor. I came across the great reviews for Dr. Indich and I see why. This was my first visit for a routine annual physical, and he was warm, professional, and easy to talk to—really great bedside manner. The staff were also very friendly and everything ran smoothly, even for my early morning appointment. Glad to have found a new go-to doctor.

Dr. Rudolph Indich was great. He's an excellent communicator. I was able to share my story and my concerns and he quickly and efficiently came to a suggestion approach for treatment/future visits, with steps in between.
