About Dr. Ruth Perry
I served as Executive Director at the Trenton Health Team (THT), a non-profit healthcare collaborative. There, I successfully led a population health program that engaged healthcare providers, payers, community members, and others to improve primary care delivery. Key programs included the Trenton Health Information Exchange, which provides real-time clinical data from collaborative partner organizations; a care management team comprised of a nurse case manager, social worker, community health workers, and attorneys on a consultative basis, which significantly decreased utilization of, and costs associated with, emergency room and hospital visits; and a Medicaid Accountable Care Organization.
I also spent nearly 17 years in various leadership positions within Environmental, Health, and Safety at the Rohm & Haas Company. I led diverse initiatives across the company, including analyzing and mitigating the effects of chemicals on human health and the environment, embracing sustainable development and the principles of green chemistry to drive new product development, implementing technology to meet regulatory requirements and advance business goals, assessing the feasibility of developing a new technology platform in the healthcare space, and influencing and leveraging new regulations and trends to evaluate and develop new products.
I hold a Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine, completed my Residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Drexel College of Medicine, and earned my bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College.

Dr. Perry was nice and attentive. She asked many questions about my lifestyle, mental health and my last preventative care and what I need. Based on my bloodwork she requested I come in sooner than next year as a follow up. I enjoyed my visit for my annual physical and intend to visit with her for next year's annual!

This is more of a walk-in doctor office, was not a great experience… typically the patient with the appointment is seen first. They took a walk in that came after me first then I was waiting 20 mins after my scheduled appointment after arriving 15 mins early still waiting to be seen so I left. Very unprofessional, if I have an appointment I expected to be seen close to on time with the understanding sometimes doctors do get behind but in no way should a walk in come first. And technically there were two walk-ins that went before me because myself and the other lady checked in at the same time.

Wow. For the 1st time in decades I actually felt heard by a provider. Dr. Perry not only allowed me to unload ALL my concerns without interruption (there were many) her response and start of action made me feel reassured that no matter the resolution she’d be an intricate part of helping me get to the right answer. Her support staff was also 10/10. So glad I decided to make this appointment.

The experience is always an experience being a patient and have to feel like i work for the office there's been times i had to do all the office work and was sick. The front desk receptionist needs to be more professional and watch their conversations at the desk talking about people and patients when they walk through the door. As a patient I shouldn't have to feel like I have to do the work to get results and the tech shouldn't be calling patients with they results if they can't answer any questions

Dr. Ruth Perry was pleasant to visit with, heard and acknowledged my concerns, and was generally down to earth which eased my anxieties about visiting the doctor. Please note that Dr. Ruth Perry does not practice Gynecology despite what is listed on Zocdoc, she is a primary care physician.
