Getting to know Dr. Ryan Reed

Hello, and welcome. I'm Dr. Ryan Reed, a practicing psychologist since 2015 with a PsyD in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Dakota. Throughout life, many of us find ourselves feeling pulled in a thousand directions, unable to keep up with the stressors of life. Other times, we struggle with more specific situations like anxiety, grief or loss, depression, or recovering from trauma. I'm here to help you overcome these hurdles and get back to the life that you want. I also help high performers manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and soul. I am well-experienced with the practical application of mindfulness exercises to help improve and enhance performance. Whatever stage of life you find yourself struggling with at this time, I'm here to help. As someone who has been to therapy, I understand the struggle of seeking help. Let's work together through evidence-based practices to get your life back on track.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our sessions, we will take a look at what's going on in your life or has gone on in the past that has led you to where you're at now. We will find out where you want to be, and together, build a map to how we are going to get you there, through practical applications of behavioral and cognitive interventions.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Reed has been wonderful - I didn't really know what I needed in terms of therapy but his approach and ability to guide me through what is needed has been helpful beyond words. I look forward to my sessions as hard as they may be on a personal level as I know I am being listened to and provided realistic solutions and thought processes.
