Dr. Ryan Ridley is an amazing human and a great doctor! Great at listening, communicating, and very educated in his field. He was able to diagnose the condition and then go from there to set a treatment plan. Would highly recommend.

The staff was great. As soon as you walk in the door the experience is on point. Dr. Ridley do a great job of explaining the trouble I had created and had a good plan on how to correct my sinus issues. He does a great job of listening and talking through any issues.

The Doctor took excellent care of me and explained the process in detail very carefully and he made sure I understood each step that he was going to take. Since I was a little nervous, he gave me extra numbing medication in my nostrils so that I would not feel the sensation of the scope equipment entering my nose to my throat. It was a great experience. The procedure was not uncomfortable at all and I did not feel a thing because of the extra numbing medication that was given. Yes I definitely would recommend this Dr to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience! I was having an issue with my ear for a few days and I did not have an ENT doctor.I saw that they had an appointment available the same day which prevented me form gong to an urgent care facility because it was a Friday. I drove all the way from Cypress and it was totally worth it. The office had precautions in place for COVID-19. The office staff was friendly. They took me right back, Dr Ridley cam into the room with in 5 mins and was friendly and took his time to explain everything to me. He identified the issue and took acre of it right there. He explained everything game me recommendations for future care.
Awesome experience! I am too glad I went!
