About Dr. Ryan Williams

Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Niz has gained valuable experience treating a diverse range of patients. She has provided care for individuals with physical impairments through St. Louis Paraquad, worked with the University of Utah hockey teams, and supported athletes through the Westminster Athletic Training department. In addition, she has treated elite high school, collegiate, and professional athletes at a private clinic in Salt Lake City. With her background exercise science and rehabilitation, Dr. Niz is committed to helping her patients move better and stay active, empowering them to lead fulfilling, pain-free lives. Dr. Niz is well-versed in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Thompson, Cox, SOT, Logan Basic, and Activator. Her comprehensive training also includes supplemental techniques such as functional dry needling, Active Release Technique (ART), SFMA, and acupuncture, allowing her to offer tailored care that meets each patient’s unique needs
