What should a new client know about working with you?

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) I use CBT to challenge thoughts and behaviors and explore positive coping skills. Couples Counseling I utilize the Gottman Method and CBT to explore communication patterns, address relationship concerns, and support the development of healthier, more effective interactions. Family Therapy I utilize a systems-based approach to address family interaction patterns, process past trauma, and support healthy differentiation. Sand play Oaklander Model I utilize the Oaklander model using digital Sand Tray to explore trauma and process it. Trauma-Focused CBT I am trained to utilize TF- CBT with children and parents to assist in processing trauma and exploring their resilience and utilization of their coping skills.
