Getting to know Dr. Sadhana Nayak-Young
Dr Nayak-Young’s biggest strength is her ability to forge genuine connections with her patients and deeply understand each individual in the context of their current life and past experiences. She enjoys partnering with patients who are interested in self-awareness, personal growth, and holistic approaches to mental health.
After a thorough evaluation, she shares her feedback about identified problem areas and recommends the best treatment plan to create change and help each patient feel their best. She completed her general psychiatry residency at UCLA-Semel Institute and her child and adolescent fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
