Dr. Dhanani completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia before moving to the Bay Area for psychiatry training. She successfully graduated from Stanford’s Psychiatry Residency, and then completed further specialized training through Stanford’s two-year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. During her time at Stanford, Dr. Dhanani completed additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, parent management therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy. Dr. Dhanani cares deeply about connecting with her patients and understanding their life experiences in order to provide the most effective and supportive care plan for them.
