Dr. Safa is very smart, a great communicator and listener. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me recommendations to manage my thyroid issue. We spoke in Arabic which was also very helpful as it is always a plus to be able to express yourself in your first language! I am happy I found my new Endocrinologist since I moved to Chicago.
