Fay Nutrition, the service platform, is another story. Constant emails, texts and app notifications. Don’t be like me and make sure to read the fine print: when I thought I was putting my card on file to reserve the appointment, as the page said, I must have consented to a monthly donation subscription. I was immediately charged, and on a different page in the onboarding paperwork was asked whether I wanted to donate regularly. Even though I said no, I looked into my account and saw that I was already subscribed to a monthly donation. Even worse, there’s no number or email publicly available to call and address issues of any kind, just a public Reddit forum where you can post your issues. Pretty strange and shady!
Said is a phenomenal dietitian, so I’m hoping to have my next appointment through a different platform.”

I was born and raised in Southern California.
