Dr. Lu has been my GI doctor for many years. She is a wonderful and compassionate person and will take as much time with you as necessary (which often delays later patients, but...) I highly recommend her!

Dr. Lu is passionate and knowledgable. She was energetic and enthusiastic as she explained everything about the procedure. For the consultation, we spent 45 minutes talking. I never felt as if I was being rushed. She answered my all questions. After the consultation and prior to the procedure, I messaged her a question via the patient portal. She responded the next day. On the day of the procedure, she was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Lu.

Dr. Lu was quite nice. The reviews here are accurate in regards to her bedside manner and approach to seeing things from a root cause perspective. She’ll also give you options for treatment if you have preferences for naturopathic routes rather than synthetic drugs and give pros and cons for each.

This was THE BEST consultation I could ask for. She actually asked questions to figure out my root cause of illness and had detailed explanations for every concern I had. Dr. Lu truly is everything that they say on the other positive reviews. She has an amazing bedside manner, is a great listening, has a great way of explaining things, and a natural/holistic approach to treatment. And she’s hilarious!
She took every bit of time needed with me, asking a lot of questions, to better understand my issue…never rushing.
I felt completely comfortable with her, and will only see her for any gastric-related issue, going forward. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Lu is terrific. She listens, she answers all my questions - even some not directly in her specialty area. she takes her time with patients, which is why there is a wait time. I was surprised at the long wait time to get the directions for the tests I have to take, but that became clear once it was my turn to receive the detailed instructions.
