I had a 9 AM appointment with Doctor Gaddam and he blew me off. He never sent me a Zoom link, never called me, etc. I had to reach out to his office and they said that the reason why he didn’t show up to my appointment was because he was in surgery. However, no one notified me that he wouldn’t be available.

I truly was so impressed with Dr. Sainath Gaddam. He came in with such a warm and welcoming demeanor and kindness that a lot of doctors I've been to in past years really lacked. Dr. Gaddam was gentle with his approach and really took his time to discuss my concerns and options, making me feel like I was part of the process and not just being 'told' what needed to happen. He really did hold himself to a standard that all doctors should aspire to. Thank you so much, and I'm so happy to have found a doctor who truly seems to care about his patients!
