While Dr. Hakim was friendly on the surface, she didn’t listen to why I was coming in and jumped to the worst possible conclusion before even being in the exam room. Ultimately, she planted fear and worry (for 24 hours) for no reason and didn’t provide helpful information around my real reason for coming in. Her bedside manner and emotional intelligence is an area for improvement.

The doctor was absolutely amazing! Better than your average doctor. She actually listened to me and asked me what I wanted to do for my body instead of telling me what I needed to do with my body. Took into consideration what I was experiencing and willing to help me!

The appointment was great. I told the doctor about my previous doctor and my uncommon birth control side affect and she seemed really interested and was very reassuring. It was my first Pap smear and it went really smoothly and we talk about different contraceptives methods because I was curious and she really broke it down for me and was so knowledgeable. I was really impressed and I’m so happy I went.
