Dr. Aiyoke is an amazing doctor. He listens and gives great help.

I felt like the provider didn't listen to my needs.
Verified patientVideo visit
Didn’t listen multiple times when i said what helps my anxiety. Showed him multiple notes from different doctors recommending certain medications and he completely ignored it. Tried to put me on medications i’ve already been on before that didn’t help me at all but he said “maybe they’ll help this time”. Terrible listener, poor bedside manner.
Video visit
First of all, video appointment didn’t work and the office didn’t answer their phone. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, attempting to get through. After over one hour, we were finally able to connect via phone call. He seemed to have an agenda right off the bat, and seemed to be against ADHD medications (that I’ve been taking with positive results for quite some time). He asked the same questions multiple times after I’d already answered him. He continuously pushed antidepressants, though I hadn’t been experiencing any symptoms of depression. Overall, I felt unheard and as if he had already diagnosed me prior to our appointment. Definitely would not see again.

This was my initial visit and I was really satisfied with the appointment and I know they will be able to help me with my medication and situation. I would recommend Zocdoc and this Doctor.

Genuinely terrible experience. Nurse that saw me did not ask me a single personalized question, did not listen to half the answers I gave, and gave blanket statements dismissing my symptoms and invalidating my experiences. Tried to tell me I booked my appointment for noon and called to ask to be seen earlier…. I never did any of that. Extremely rude and inattentive and just asked me scripted questions, before telling me all she can recommend to me was therapy (I’ve been in therapy for 4+ years, which she clearly didn’t hear when I told her that) I’ve never written a review before but this staff member has me feeling significantly worse than I did before I made this appointment.

Arrived 20-25 mins late to zoom appointment on 2/3 appointments. Cancelled 1 appointment. Did not listen to my concerns. Demanded I stop taking medications immediately that I had been taking for several years. Poor listener. Office did not reach out following appointment for specific requirements. Arrogant

he doesn't know how to listen and has a superiority complex where he's the doctor and your the patient, therefore he knows and your wrong. he gives all in this field a bad name. the kind of Dr. that's all text book without real life experience

The doctor really listened to me. She asked good questions that made me feel comfortable and like she cares about my wellness.

I was denied a prescription for the medication that I have been taking for many years putting me in a situation where I will have difficulty concentrating at work and having to go through withdrawals.

The Doctor was very Polite , He is Very knowledgeable Mental Health , He Displayed Compassion and asked all the right questions to properly Diagnose and medicate . I am Extremely Happy that I will be seeing him and being under his care. This is my first visit and look forward to seeing myself get better and feel better.

I did not feel heard or safe. Concerns about side effects were brushed off, I frequently had to repeat myself, sometimes several times. The experience made me feel like a checklist, rather than a patient. Also received no follow-up regarding paperwork from the office, even now. Decided to seek help elsewhere.
Video visit
Not going to lie, it was pleasant to be able to talk to someone for a consultation , but whoever answers the phone has THE WORST communication. Go in person to gather a better opinion, but the confusion for my prescription pick up makes want to NEVER do a video appointment ever again.

Dr. Aikoye listened very well to my fiancée and me. I look forward to continuing working with him and learn how to improve our communication.

Woman in the office, Mary, is absolutely wonderful. Responds so quickly to any and all queries, and is so helpful. Doc also responsive to queries - gives the patient a feeling of being looked after. SO glad I found him on zocdoc

I felt like he understood me and did not judge me for who I was. It's not easy to find providers that can relate to veterans. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Sal was great! He made me feel very comfortable right away when speaking to him and was very knowledgeable about what I was going through. I appreciate him seeing me!

Caring doc that sincerely worked to understand my history instead of only the symptoms. He knows what he's talking about but also wants to hear and understand what you have to say. Near the end of the session he reviewed all my current medications aloud, to make sure we were on the same page, and suggested a couple changes. He also made sure my preferred pharmacy was on file. The only possible negative (and it is probably my fault) was that it was hard to understand him at times. He does have a slight accent and there was some background noise. However, keep in mind that I have a hard time hearing/understanding people in general.
Video visit
Dr. was great, what I didn’t like was that it took 15 minutes to get connected- also that I believe he was on shift at a hospital so I was distracted most of the time by people in the background talking. I could tell he listened, but my experience wasn’t the best.
Verified patientVideo visit
Dr. Aikoye was nice but that’s it. He was about 15-20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. He was also eating food during our video visit. He told me I was supposed to fill out a few forms that I was supposed to submit before he was able to refill my Rx. I called the office the next day and asked for the forms but Kimberly just told me I would get a call back. I created an account on Kareo and did everything I was asked to but have never received the forms. I just spoke with Kimberly again and she told me I would get a call back - she seemed completely disinterested in helping me. It has been almost a week and I’m still waiting on my Rx to be refilled because their office is unresponsive. Had I known this would be an issue, I would have just met with another doctor who would follow through on their word but now I’m in some holding pattern with the office who is unresponsive and now I’m left without the prescriptions that I need to function on a daily basis. I do not recommend this office if you’re looking for responses or Rx refills in a timely manner.

He was in depth, kind, and caring!

He is one of the most caring and empathetic psychiatrists I ever had. He is very gentle and considerate with his approach. His communication is great and he made my experience exceptional even despite my personal adversity. Mental health care isn’t always easy to be vulnerable about but he lets you know you’re in safe and secure hands and he will do what he can to help. 100000/10 reccomend.

Amazing first appointment. We went over my full history, he was very patient, listened to all my symptoms and prescribed meds accordingly. I have been dealing with these issues for many years and this is the first doctor who has ever really listened to me and addressed my every need! Thank you so much! Will continue with this provider!
