“I made an online appointment for a member of my family who was experiencing a medical emergency. Dr. Khan was kind, helpful, and able to address my family member's illness. She called us to touch base the next day (which we missed). In this day and age, there aren't many doctors who follow-up on patients to make sure they are doing better, so we appreciated this. I highly recommend her.”

Very quick service (not considering waiting time), did not feel it too professional. I did fast for a 12:15 pm annual check appointment and was never told that they do not do the blood test inside. The nurse makes all the questions and doctor just confirmed the answers. Doctor only used the stethoscope to check breathing while I was sat. I had not taken an annual check for a while but I remember my prior doctor was deeper in the check, at least to check reflex, head and neck, throat, heartbeat, abdominal, etc. and all these checks, I had to lay down and some cases had to wear a disposable gown at least as a first patient. At the beginning the front desk try to charge for the appointment, I answer this was my annual check, and she replied that I have not reached my deductible, I replied that I was never charged for an annual check before. So, not sure it there was a miss-understanding or it was intentional, just rather to not come back with this practice.

I arrived for my appointment early. The appointment was for 1:15 pm, I did not see the doctor until 3 pm. I waited in the car the entire time. When I first arrived, I saw one of the physicians leave the building, he was gone for an hour. He was the physician that I ended up seeing. He used the flashlight from his phone to examine me. They couldn't verify my insurance, even though I was able to verify it in 5 minutes. They handed me a paper for me to go get labs done at Quest, I've never heard of that before. I would not recommend.
Very thorough!

I waited 1.5 hour, and there were 7 people ahead of me at the time of my appointment. Later a woman came in whose appointment was 30 min after mine. She was seen before I was. Very disappointed. They need to manage their appointments better and space them out.
Great Doctor family doctor for sure!!! Not like the big hospitals where you just sit and wait until the sun comes up. Straight to the point ask you what are you feeling etc.

The doctor was very professional.
Really recommend.
Thank you for your help. I would come again.
Wait time was more than a hour long, but she was pretty professional. The visit was okay but I was told she had no clue what the problem was and I just wasn’t satisfied by that comment
Great.
Not helpful, waste of time and money. Tried to get me to come back and pay for a visit just to read lab results. Seems like they were just trying to get the most money out of me while I was there. They also had me fill out this same zoc doc survey before leaving, I’m not sure if that is normal.
Very courteous. Great experience.
Amazing!!!
