Getting my prescription from the front desk was a different story. I was told I'd get it hopefully within an hour, as they knew it was urgent - instead I had to call numerous times to get it processed. I was even told on one call they normally do all the prescriptions at the end of the day, which I've never heard of.
Anyway from a 10AM appointment I finally got my urgent prescription just before the pharmacy closed at 5PM.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but this seemed like a pretty big miss for me.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and graduated in the top 5% of her class at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Oska completed both her Transitional Residency and Dermatology Residency at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan, serving as Chief Resident in both programs.
At Henry Ford, she received robust training in complex medical dermatology in multiple specialty clinics focusing on psoriasis, hair loss, pediatric atopic dermatitis, infantile hemangiomas, connective tissue diseases such as lupus, and integrative dermatology. She helped found the pediatric continuity clinic, where she cultivated long-term relationships with pediatric patients and their families while also receiving training under esteemed pediatric dermatologists. She has extensive experience managing a wide range of pediatric dermatologic conditions and providing care to a diverse patient population.

This office randomly changed my appointment to the next day which was harder for me to get to. When I got there, I waited more than 40 minutes for the doctor who never showed up. I told the staff I had to leave by a certain time and they reassured me the doctor would be in, but she never arrived. When I left, the front desk never offered to reschedule. They just watched me walk out after I told them what happened. All in all, I felt very dismissed by the lack of apology or follow up. The waiting room was also packed with people who looked like they were waiting a long time.

This process was very easy. Dr Osaka was great however I was informed she’s leaving the state next month. The office was very busy. I was there fur just under an hour. Parking was &17.00.

I had a great first experience with Dr. Oska. She was very kind, took the time to explain everything clearly, and had excellent bedside manner. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and beautiful. I’m so glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it!!

Dr. Oska was great. While she was a good listener and explained things thoroughly, she also was fast and efficient in the procedure, describing what was happening as we proceeded.

What a fantastic, easy and anxiety reducing doctors visit. I was admittedly nervous because getting my skin checked after a long time having not, Dr. Oska, her PA Anna, and the office were all so easy to deal with and talk to. She did a full body scan and alleviated my worries about some moles I have. She also quickly biopsied and removed something I wasn’t aware of so efficiently I barely had time to feel stressed. Happy to have finally found a Dermatologist I can feel at ease going back to.
