In addition, I have 27 years experience in mental health treatment in general. I began my career as a psychotherapist and then went on to further my education to include medical practice. I am expanding my tele-psychiatry practice to CT and New Hampshire in an effort to provide psychiatric services to the north country where I spend a significant amount of time. I am well versed in prescribing medications for most psychiatric conditions in adults including medication assisted treatment for addiction. Good mental health contributes to good physical health as well as healthy relationships in both our personal and professional lives. We are all capable of having a disruption in our mental health and we are all capable of achieving remission of our mental health issues. The first step is to reach out and ask for help, I am here to help.
