I have never had such terrible care given to me by a medical provider. I visited Dr. Sultan due to an irregular menstrual cycle and immediately was offered birth control and told it wasn’t “that” bad I haven’t had a cycle for eight months. When I expressed concerns about osteoporosis, she swept them aside. When I mentioned concerns about PCOS, she told me “I can tell by looking at you that you probably have PCOS” with no further explanation. After getting blood work done, she gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to contact her in a couple of days for my results which I found strange that I was supposed to contact her. Overall, the cleanliness of her actual office was extremely questionable too. I absolutely would not visit this woman again and am shocked she is allowed to practice.

Didn't focus on why I was there, instead focused on other things I didn't need attended to. Pushed me into getting an annual test I wasn't there for. Very scattered. Said weird things about vaccines that seem inaccurate. Was hard to communicate with despite saying just to "text". Very weird to text a doctor to get test results. Was unable to access all my test results digitally. Had to contact the lab directly and get them mailed. Very weird and uncomfortable experience.

Dr. Sultan was great. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and no b.s. She was more than what I could have hoped for and I appreciate her time immensely today. I got solid fertility advice and a good plan. I saw other reviews about the labs taking forever to come back but I don’t see how that’s their fault if they don’t do the labs in house and I know some labs take longer to receive so we’ll see.

The doctor was nice but seemed a little confused throughout the appointment. She called me on a different number than the one I was given for the appointment. She prescribed me medication for my pain and told me to reach out if I needed anything further. I found out that she never sent the medication in so I reached out just to check in. It took several days for a response but she said she would send it through. I waited an additional week and still nothing. Messaged her back and never got a response. I am now having to reach out to another doctor and go through the steps again because I need something for the pain.

She was very nice but asked me the same question multiple times and asked me about a symptom or ailment I didn’t even talk about… also this office is a hot mess. Now looking at the reviews idk if I’m actually going to be able to receive my lab reports. If you can find a different office I highly advise you do that

The doctor was friendly at first, she was friendly and willing to adresses my concerns. I felt comfortable. When I mentioned that I had already used the medication she recommended, she became agitated and raised her voice. I was simply looking for a second opinion from a professional. In the end, she got up and left, slamming the door. Completely unprofessional.

I would not recommend this doctor as the whole process has been very complicated and the experiment was not good. The patient form do not work from your phone so they will send you a link before the appointment to fill the information right in place. Before my appointment the system stop working and they wrote my information on a napkin. Then doctor was friendly, but the office was very disorganised. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my after visit summary and test results. After contacting them, they let me know that I need to submit an authorisation form (which is a photocopy) for them to share the results with me and also need to text the doctor directly, which is something I have never seen before and should have been communicated in advance.

I wanted to see ultrasound, so I booked the appointment with ultrasound option. However, they don’t do ultrasound. They recommended another ultrasound clinic. I need to make another appointment for my ultrasound scan and wait another day.

Dr Sultan is lovely. I appreciated the time she spent with me. She listens but she is also very sure of herself and she spends the time to tailor the treatment according to your needs. She is quite old school, writing notes in a book etc. I felt like I was taken care about someone who has seen a lot and has the wisdom of decades of experience and not going by some playbook

Dr Sultan is amazing. Her experience and knowledge comes through immediately and it’s clear she listens to what you want. But this office- it’s not managed well. The nurse or assistant is very unfriendly and I had to wait for an hour and half to see her.

It was another annual check up and it went smooth and fast. Dr Sandra was very attentive and friendly as always: my concern addressed (she is never dismissive), questions answered, explanation given, test taken, proscriptions renewed.
Highly recommend Dr. Sandra Sultan as a knowledgable professional with an excellent bedside manner

I waited for 20-30min for Dr. Sultan. It looks like she forgot where I was waiting at. When the appointment began I didn’t like how she went to assume things right off the bat before even letting me lay out everything I am experiencing and kept on saying it probably isn’t cancer?! I don’t know where that came from! Then kept saying I can take Birth control for it..! I came in because I was having unusual bleeding. There was no ultrasound machine in her office.. that is why I booked an Obgyn too. She asked if I wanted a Pap smear and I said yes and I really disliked how she just came in without knocking first. After the test she proceeded to talk right in front of me about the whole visit while I was still unchanged.! Then she forgot to close the door all the way when I had to change.. She also did not wear gloves while touching a urine sample of mine and proceeded to throw it in the office sink. I think professionalism and cleanliness are lacking clearly. But got what was needed done.

while the nurse who guided me through the preparation, such as measuring blood pressure, was very rude and impatient. The nurse may took me to an uncleaned room, I noticed there was long hair on one of the chairs in the clinic room. When the doctor came, she took me to another room which make me feel better.

I was never seen by Dr. Sultan, and left the appointment after feeling pretty unsettled by the whole experience. I am not sure who I saw, but she was fairy rude and unexplainatory about what was going on. The office waiting room was very clean and nice, but the room did not feel that way and I could see left over samples or something from previous patients. Dr. Sultan I believe I saw briefly, and she seemed to be very very busy, so maybe they need to change their appointment system. Overall was just a gut feeling that I needed to leave the office after waiting an hour.

Absolutely the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.
I waited nearly 50 minutes before the doctor finally showed up. She barely said hello before walking out again, then came back about 10 minutes later.
Then I was told to remove my pants and underwear. When I asked if there was a gown, she said there wasn’t. How can you expect patients to undress without providing a gown — especially at an OB-GYN clinic?
To make matters worse, the exam room was in total disarray. Used gloves and previous patients’ samples were left out on the counter. The paper sheet on the exam table hadn’t even been changed. The hygiene and cleanliness were shockingly poor and completely unprofessional.
The most upsetting part was when I mentioned my own suspicions about my symptoms, and the doctor responded, “Are you a doctor?” I was stunned. Is it wrong for a patient to research their own health or ask informed questions?
This experience was unacceptable on every level, and I will never return.
