I waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room just for Sandra to come in 5 minutes after the finally pull me into the office and say Ill be another 5 minutes sorry. Zero respect for my time.

Honestly we sat and talked about everything and she listened to me and all my problems, with most other providers at Crystal run they always seem to be rushing but she took the time to explain things to me and come up with a plan for every single one of my needs at no point did I feel rushed or uncomfortable! She explained every little detail in terms I would understand and I just loved my visit with her I felt like she actually cared to fix my problem

NP Tetler was very communicative and professional. She introduced herself with a handshake which I haven’t experienced in healthcare in awhile. I really appreciated the courtesy.
She listened to my issues thoroughly and she was able to come up with a plan for me in the coming months. She made sure we were on the same page on her plan.
I did not feel rushed as I was telling her my other issues. She gave me referrals for my other issues outside of endocrinology which I appreciate.
Overall, she was a great NP and her MA was very helpful and friendly as well. I look forward to seeing her again and being her first review!
