Everyone in this office was very kind and attentive. I was very pleased to find out that, not only could they do a blood panel on the spot, but they also offer other services in office like pap smears and allergy panels. I loved being able to take care of that in one spot. I would highly recommend this provider!

I booked a 2:30 video appointment. After booking the appointment a staff member contacted me and asked could I do an earlier time because the doctor would not be in the office at the scheduled appointment time. I’m not sure why they would have the available time for booking if the doctor was unavailable but ok. I agreed to a 1 pm appointment.
I entered the virtual waiting room at 12:55. I stayed in there waiting until 1:45. At that point I realized no one was going to see me. Maybe there was a disconnect on earlier time requested by their staff. I then tried again at my scheduled time of 2:30. I stayed in the virtual waiting room until 2:50. No doctor ever saw me.
