My initial visit was okay, my follow up was very disorganized and they had a full waiting room for a long time. They seemed confused with why some patients and there was a long waiting time. I witnessed at least two people ask to speak with the doctor/APRN and the front desk lady started pointing to a phone number we could text with our questions. It was weird and unorganized. I don’t know if they are overbooking but seeing multiple people ask questions and not be given a straight answer was a bit unsettling. I am trying out zoc doc and this is the first provider I didn’t have the best experience with. Not only that but when someone called the front desk she was speaking loudly enough that we could hear their issues. The APRN wasn’t bad but the way the clinic is run is disorganized and if you’re talking to the front desk person she will pick up the phone while talking to you. They don’t seem to have enough staff to smoothly run the clinic.

Seeing her for the first time, I had to go to the ER for other symptoms, but I was impressed by her compassion and service. She kept texting me to check on my progress, which was exceptional compared to the providers I've seen through Northwestern and Endeavor. I've never been able to actually get in touch with any provider. I am switching my healthcare to her as my primary GYN because she genuinely cares. The staff was polite, and the office was clean and relaxing. I’m very happy to have found this provider.

I am thankful for my visit with Sanjana Thakkar, APRN, FNP. I felt she took time to listen to my complex situation. She made an effort to address numerous aspects of my health, specifically: emotional, physical, psychological, and more.
I appreciated the administrative team taking responsibility for verifying my insurance rather than making it my responsibility as the patient. This extra time in the waiting room allowed me to better care for my two young children as a single mom attending her appointment for the first time.
The only downside, I could not find a diaper changing area for my children. Other than that, things were better than I expected! Thank you. ??

I went in to get checked for a concussion issue and since they are full service and my wife drove me it worked out well. Since we were both there they offered to do her pap exam since in been 8 years but low and behold couldnt be done because the exam started her period.
