I have experience in inpatient, consult-liaison, and outpatient care and work with adolescents, college students, active-duty military, veterans, and diverse patient populations. I also supervise psychiatry residents in psychodynamic therapy. I consider it an honor to support you through the vulnerable process of seeking mental health care. I create a safe, supportive space where we work together toward your goals. I use a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach and tailor treatment to your needs. My care may include medication management and integrated therapy using supportive, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approaches. During our first session, we discuss your psychiatric and medical history, symptoms, and goals and develop a personalized treatment plan together. Follow-up visits are typically 20–30 minutes, focusing on medication management with psychotherapy integrated into care. If more intensive therapy is appropriate, I may recommend adding a dedicated therapist to your care team.
