When l got to the office I waited longer than expected. Then I was told to wait in a room that another patient was already sitting in. While waiting in a different room, that didn’t even have a scale to weigh me necessary for a annual physical, I noticed that Dr. Sater was nowhere to be found and when I asked a staff member I was told only her husband was working today. I said I specifically made the appointment with Dr. Sater because I prefer a female physician. I was told to just stay and see her husband and then come back next week to see Dr. Sater. I was not satisfied with that response or being pushed off to a doctor I didn’t make an appointment with. I walked out and never saw a doctor that day. I will not be returning to that office.

This was my worst experience ever!!! Please don't go there.
1) I booked appt with Dr Sarah, she was not there, her husband who is Dr checked me. No one took an effort to tell me about the doctor not being in the office. That day their system was not working so they have written my all the information literally on paper.
2) The receptionist named Jessica is very unprofessional. She does not know how to answer basic questions and kept forcing to schedule a followup.
3) Worst part - They refused to send my reports to me. I had to call them 11 times, sent 4 to 5 emails then they sent only one of the report to me and they kept forcing me for followup, stating then only they will share my reports.
4) They sent wrong prescription to my pharmacy!! Thank God I asked to my pharmacist about the tablets.
5) Even after 70 days I haven't recieved all my reports and prescription Dr had mentioned he will send.
Later I found in news they were fined for some malpractice but clearly haven't learned.

I was concern so many things when I was in the office, no one told me what to do, no confirmation call prior appointment. No detail and keep saying this is the part that you need to do for the doctor, I had been doing the process and asked the staffs and always make sure what was I doing right now but no one can tell me what was going on, I’ll never recommended to anyone. Find someone some better office, don’t wast your time here.

I visited this place 2 times and each time the nurse invites me in and leaves the door wide open and starts asking personal questions. The doctor came in and also did the same. The receptionist was unprofessional and does not know how to speak to people. I raised a concern about the cost of the appointment and they were unhelpful and did not understand my concerns. I received blood results back while I was extremely sick which had negative results in a few areas. The doctors office did not call back or discuss the results. The office entered the wrong weight in the system and continued to ask questions about the previous service which they offered. At the end the doctor, dismissed me for voicing my concerns in a polite manner . I do not recommend . Go somewhere where your voice is heard and body is view as important.

This was the worst experience at a doctor's office in my life. I just moved here so I had to find a new PCP. I tried Dr. Sater since my annual check up was due. I had to wait for an hour until someone finally called my name, brought me in to a room, performed a breathing test for 5 minutes, then sent me back to the waiting room. This process repeated with different tests until finally, after 2.5 hours I demanded to see the doctor. I finally saw her 3 hours in and she rushed me through the check up, asked me very few questions, listened to my breathing, and then it was over (it was about 5 minutes). Also, one of the nurses commented on my weight (wow, you don't look like you weigh that much!) and Dr. Sater asked if I had a "normal" delivery (in reference to the births of my children), which is offensive since that question suggests a c-section is not normal. And, finally, since the visit took so long I did not have access to food or drink so the phlebotomist was unable to draw my blood.

Annual physical done. Waited for over 30 min before I was taken in for a vertigo test & sent back to the waiting room. After another wait, I was taken in for a stress test & other cardio tests. On asking why I was told Dr. Sater was not in and her husband who is a cardiologist will see me and he insists on doing these tests. Waited again before being taken to the exam room where a staff member was attending to a personal call while preparing to check my vitals. Dr. Sater rushed in, asked me about my family history & any concerns, handed me referrals to specialists & rushed me to another room to have my bloodwork done - all under 5 minutes. I asked the front desk if my lab reports would be emailed to me or if they have a patient portal and was told they do not email reports. Instead, I would have to go in person in 2 weeks to pick up the report with another appointment with the doctor and additional co-pay. Disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism and patient care.
