She comes from a family of artists and writers. Growing up surrounded by creative influences, Dr. Benington strongly believes in the power of creative outlets for health and healing. She also loves to draw, paint, and write, and is currently finishing her master’s degree in creative writing and hopes to publish a novel someday.
