“I came to Manchester Urgent Care because I felt like I needed a second set of eyes on the cold/flu symptoms that I’ve had for nearly 2 weeks.
Sarah was amazing. She was very thorough, listened well, and literally left no stone unturned. She began by ordering labs, a chest X-ray, a breathing treatment, and flu/covid tests. The results were a diagnosis of pneumonia, which had been completely overlooked by another provider I saw last weekend.
I left after nearly 4 hours with a definitive treatment plan moving forward, as well as one additional breathing treatment.
I can’t say enough about PA Sarah Burton. She is definitely someone at the top of her game who’s not afraid to go the extra mile to benefit her patients.”

Sarah Burton, PA-C, is a California board-certified physician assistant in Los Angeles. Burton earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, in 2015. I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care center and cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely cared for during a stressful time.
Sarah Burton, my provider, was exceptional. She took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns without rushing, which is so rare these days. Her questions were thoughtful, spot-on, and clearly showed they were connecting the dots to get to the root of the issue. I felt heard, understood, and confident in the care plan they developed. Their calm, professional, and compassionate approach turned what could have been a frustrating visit into a reassuring one.
The medical assistant also deserves huge accolades! He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful—explaining everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable, and handling all the details with a smile. The positive energy and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and pleasant.
This is the kind of urgent care everyone hopes for! Way better than feeling discarded and disrespected at any local emergency room!
Highly recommend.

A very wonderful and wise doctor who truly cared for patients. Sarah was so nice , thank you. Office lady and assistant were little loud talking.. even I made an appointment I still had to wait over 1 hour. Still Im very thankful .
