Hi there! My name is Sarah. Are you feeling overwhelmed, like all hope is lost? Do you find yourself struggling with frequent unwanted thoughts, checking things over and over? Do you have feelings of worry or fear that interfere with your daily activities? I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from Walden University. I believe mental healthcare should be provided with an understanding of and respect for the beliefs and values of each patient. I specialize in treating individuals with trauma, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Together, we can formulate a plan to help you overcome these struggles and get you back to a space of mental wellness. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
