    I have no idea what Sarah is like when you're a patient. I can tell you that none of what the company advertises on Zocdoc is true. They're not available when they say, they say they don't even know how they got on Zocdoc, their rates are different than Zocdoc says, and they don't even offer the types of therapy that Zocdoc says. They take NO responsibility for this misinformation. They wouldn't cancel our appointment on Zocdoc from their end, nor would they contact Zocdoc to remedy the misinformation. They also consistently tried to keep selling and upselling me on the phone, for a type of treatment I am not looking for. I don't know if it's their fault or Zocdoc's. I do know that they're essentially catfishing but for doctors' offices, getting you on the phone with lies to sell you something else.
