I had a new patient appointment based on the results of a test. The office was clean. There were chipboard for each doctor with the doctors face visible (nice touch). I wrote my name on the 2nd line at 9:30 am -saw the nurse practitioner (Sarah) a little before or after 10:30 am (disappointing). Sarah was awesome, she listened, educated,. It was well worth the wait

The office was chaotic and everyone seemed to stressed. There wasn’t a clear line for check in. The air was muggy and heavy, poor or no circulation. The receptionist were clearly overwhelmed but well mannered.
