About Dr. Sarah Jacobs

Dr. Sarah Jacobs hails from Allentown, PA where she spent her childhood. Upon graduating from Penn State University with B.S. in Elementary Education, she went on to teach 4th and 5th grades in Hollywood, MD. While teaching, Dr. Jacobs competed in fitness competitions and suffered various injuries as par for the course. She experienced firsthand marked improvements while under chiropractic care and thus decided to back to school to become a chiropractor. Dr. Jacobs graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007 where she also earned bachelor’s degree in human biology. She went on to practice in Birmingham, AL were she specialized in functional rehabilitation, core stability, and headaches secondary to TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Jacobs married Iraqi Freedom Veteran, Riley Jacobs in 2008. They have been living and working in the Tennessee Valley since 2010 and have since been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Mia and Stella.
