About Dr. Sari Gruber

Sari Gruber, OD, is a board-licensed Comprehensive Optometrist serving our Sandy Springs patients. She has more than 14 years of experience specializing in LASIK and refractive surgery. Before joining Thomas Eye Group in October 2012, Dr. Gruber gained extensive experience as an eye care specialist and was in private practice throughout the southeast and New York practicing general optometry, refractive and corneal services and management of ocular diseases. Additionally, Dr. Gruber has been affiliated with the American Optometric Association, the New York Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association throughout her career. Raised in Atlanta, Dr. Gruber earned her B.A. degrees in sociology and psychology from Emory University. Furthermore. Eventually, she went on to complete an O.D. degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her training includes Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL; and Atlanta Medical, Atlanta, GA. Dr. Gruber he enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, as well as exercising, reading and traveling.
