Great office staff and the doc was great too. Explained the situation and gave several options for treatment.
Was nice talking with him. He was too professional. Looks like figured out root cause for the issue. Hope the issue will be resolved soon.
Very thorough doctor and makes me feel comfortable! Very professional office staff as well. Made the visit as easy as it could be.
I very much appreciate the time that Dr. Carlis spent listening to my concerns, then explaining to me how the treatment process would go forward. Dr. Carlis is a very personable, professional doctor who takes the time to listen and then explain all options.
The whole staff made sure to introduce themselves and made sure I understood all that was happening. I waited only a few minutes before they took me back into a room. They were all friendly and courteous making you want to come back! I highly recommend this place. The doctor also took the time to explain what I needed and when I should follow up.
Simple ingrown nail which was dealt with efficiently and quickly in one visit and a follow up where the wound was cleared of dead tissue, relatively painless. Not sure how much was saved or spent for the procedure vs other clinics so price shop if your curious.
We were late arriving due to road construction. I called ahead to alert them and when I arrived they accommodated us right away. Highly professional and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Carlis took the time to ask questions and listen to mine. He addressed all of our concerns and provided us with what my daughter needed to do immediately and long term. His assisstant was very helpful. It was a very successful visit.
Doctor was fabulous, nurse and even reception was so nice answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I left comfortable and informed
I was nervous at first but Dr. Carlis and the rest of the staff were great! I received lots of information and tools that have offered immediate relief. I am very happy I chose Valley Foot and Ankle.
He and his team are very professional and friendly. He did not rush my appointment - he took the time to get to know me and my concerns and ensured I was fully comfortable with his final assessment. I recommend him highly.
I can't recall visiting a better organized medical practice. I came in a few minutes early, they processed the paperwork immediately and walked me back exactly on time. Dr. Carlis brings both a great bedside manner and subject knowledge. I will come back and have already recommended this practice to friends and colleagues.
