He is a member of the American Heart Association, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, and American Medical Association. Dr. Mandel earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York. He completed an internship in Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center, where he later served as Chief Resident. He remained at the same institution to complete both his residency and fellowship in Cardiology.

I booked with this specific person because he looked like he’d be nice- & boy was I wrong. He kept yelling at me and looking at me like he was staring into my soul. He made me feel very uncomfortable. My appointment was in 2025. I do not want to disclose the date or my name.
Dr. Mandel took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I didn’t wait at all, even at a lunch time appointment.
