“I Highly Recommend Dr. Scott Multack and His Team! This was my first visit with Dr. Scott Multack, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly without a long wait. Both the nurse and Dr. Multack were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I fully understood the reason for my visit, addressed all of my concerns, and patiently answered every question I had. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for and at ease. It’s not always easy finding a doctor who combines expertise with excellent bedside manner, but Dr. Multack and his staff truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Multack was very professional and made me feel very comfortable given the circumstances of my appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor in his field. I also want to mention the staff and nurses were phenomenal. They did forget to send my prescription to my pharmacy but they rectified this issue the next morning.

My husband and I LOVE Dr. Multack! He is our OB for our first pregnancy. Halfway through my pregnancy my husband and I moved about an hour away - but we love him and his team so much that we will not switch doctors. Excellent bedside manner, great staff, always friendly, short wait times... nothing but great things to say about him.

Practice staff needs to communicate next steps and expectations better to patients. I asked about the lab turnaround, and was told it would be 3 weeks to obtain results. Three weeks for lab reports is an eternity to a patient. Had I not asked, would they have told me this? Who else are they not telling? Previous lab results and prescription/courses of treatment were communicated to me four separate times by phone - and well after I was already receiving treatment for an infection. Someone isn't charting or reading the chart documentation, and this redundancy has caused frustration to me as a patient. Everyone there is nice and pleasant, but communication and follow through between staff and to patients are inconsistent.

Loved it. He and his staff was great. Except the receptionist didn't schedule my ultrasound before leaving but I called from the car right away and made an appointment. Double check your follow-ups prior to leaving. It's so much easier

As soon as i got to the office for my appointment at 2:30, i was told that they had not scheduled me until 3:30 pm, even after receiving my confirmation email for 2:30 pm. The nurse I had seen was very nice and helpful, however, Dr Scott Multack is a real piece of work. He was very rude and I did not want to talk to him at all. In addition to this, every time I have tried calling their office this week during their hours, I have not been able to talk to even a nurse. I would never return to this office, let alone recommend this office to anyone.
