What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can be yourself without judgment. My work focuses on understanding your unique story and tailoring treatment to your needs—whether that involves psychotherapy, medication management, or exploring emerging treatments like ketamine-assisted therapy. I’m deeply committed to breaking down stigma around mental health and helping each person feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will focus on understanding your history, current challenges, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll design a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or integration of nontraditional modalities. Follow-up visits are collaborative, with space to discuss what’s working, what’s not, and how we can adjust to keep you moving forward. My goal is to help you feel balanced, resilient, and confident in your mental health.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($450). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
